Q料金表の価格で契約は確定なのでしょうか？
A料金表の価格は、目安の価格です。但し、例えば、記帳代行サービスは別途追加料金になっておりますが、入力をある程度ご協力いただいたり、会計ソフトに入力しやすいフォームをEXCELで別途入力いただいたりした場合はより安くサービスを提供できますので、お問い合わせください。
QIs the contract fixed at the price in the price list?
AThe price in the price list is a guide price. However, for example, there is an additional charge for the bookkeeping service, but if you cooperate with the input to some extent, or if you separately enter the form that is easy to enter in the accounting software with EXCEL, we can provide the service at a lower price. so please contact us.
Q質問は相談料をとられるのでしょうか？
A質問は、無料相談会を実施しており、初回の30分のみ無料とさせていただいております。無料個別相談会を実施していますので是非ご活用いただき、現在ご利用中の税理士又は公認会計士と比較ください。質問が30分を超える場合、質問1時間あたり、2万円＋消費税(国際業務は3万円＋消費税）とさせていただいております。但し、顧問契約の業務依頼が前提であり、個人事業主でない個人の確定申告や相続税等は無料相談の対応はしておりませんのでご留意ください。
QDo you charge a consultation fee for questions?
We have a free consultation session for A questions, and only the first 30 minutes are free. We offer a free individual consultation session, so please take advantage of it and compare it with your current tax accountant or certified public accountant. If the question exceeds 30 minutes, we will charge 20,000 yen + consumption tax (30,000 yen + consumption tax for international business) per hour. However, please be aware that we do not provide free consultations on final tax returns, inheritance tax, etc. for individuals who are not sole proprietors, as they are based on an advisory contract.
Q個人会計事務所でも会計監査も依頼できるのでしょうか？
A幣事務所代表はAmaterasu有限責任監査法人のパートナーであり、個人事務所又は監査法人のほうで受嘱可能です。
QCan I request an accounting audit from a personal accounting firm?
A firm representative is a partner of Amaterasu Audit company, and can be accepted by a private firm or an audit firm.
Q対応地域を教えてください。県外又は海外からも依頼できますでしょうか？
A日本全国から、海外までどこでも対応いたします。但し、訪問する場合は、別途交通費をいただきますが、弊事務所に直接訪問いただく場合は契約額の範囲内で対応いたしますし、電話、メール及びSKYPEで対応しますので、全国、海外どこでも質問できますので、ご安心ください。
QPlease tell me the supported areas. Can I make a request from outside the prefecture or from overseas?
AWe can handle anywhere from all over Japan to overseas. However, if you visit our office, you will be charged a separate transportation fee, but if you visit our office directly, we will respond within the contract amount, and we will respond by phone, email and SKYPE, so you can do it anywhere in Japan or overseas. You can ask questions, so don't worry.
